Ingredients
- 3 marrow bones
- 2 stalks of celery, quartered
- 1 medium yellow onion, quartered
- 6 cloves garlic, halved
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon Tellicherry (black) peppercorns
- Water
- Pink Himalayan salt, to taste

Directions
Step 1
Place all bones, vegetables, herbs, spices, and apple cider vinegar into a large slow cooker.
Step 2
Fill the slow cooker with just enough water to cover all of the ingredients (should be roughly 2/3 of the pot).

Cook on low for 10 hours, checking occasionally and adding more water (if needed) to ensure ingredients remain covered.
Step 3
After 10 hours, remove any large pieces and strain the broth into glass jars or glass containers.

How to Store:
If storing in the fridge: Store broth in air-tight glass jars for up to 5 days.
If storing in the freezer: Store broth in air-tight, freezer-safe, glass jars for 6-8 months.
