We have a 24-hour cancellation policy because we reserve the room, esthetician's time and products exclusively for you. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in under 24 hours are subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows result in a 100% service charge. Members are subject to having their facial credit for the month redeemed as opposed to an additional charge.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your reserved time to fill out guest forms so our estheticians can customize your treatment.

We serve all guests 13 years and up! Teens of the ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please cease use of any topical medications and high-strength skincare products such as retinoids and exfoliants at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Do not wax or shave any area of your face at least 48 hours prior.

For the safety and health of your skin, please adhere to the following guidelines: Allow 24-48 hours after waxing, 48 hours after Botox or other neuromodulators, 7-10 days after laser treatments or a full 2 weeks after fillers before getting a facial.

Industry standard is 18-20% of the service at your discretion. We accept all credit cards for your convenience.

All of our treatments are 60 minutes in length.

Feel free to book the treatment that interests you most. Upon consultation with your esthetician at the beginning of your facial, they will be able to advise which treatment would be best for your skin. 

Simply book a Signature facial and leave the word “MEMBER” in the notes section during the booking process. Our Front of House team will then convert your treatment to a Savor Beauty Facial Club treatment within our system.

Your card will not be charged in advance, however our system requires a valid credit or debit card number on file in order to book an appointment. If you would like to use a Savor Beauty gift card to purchase your treatment, you may provide that information in the notes section during the booking process or provide your gift card to our Front of House team at checkout. You will still be required to enter a valid credit or debit card number in order to book with us. 

We offer digital gift cards online, and physical gift cards in-spa! Gift cards are a wonderful way to help someone savor life. The recipient can indulge in a spa treatment or enjoy a shopping spree in our boutique.

As of June 2021, NYS ended COVID restrictions. We have kept high sanitation measures for your peace of mind:

• Spas are thoroughly disinfected throughout the day and in-between appointments.
• We have reduced hours with staggered appointment times.
• All estheticians wear masks while in service.
• Hand sanitizer is available, and we welcome you to wash your hands upon entry.
• If you or someone you have had contact with is exhibiting contagious flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough or chills, please do not schedule an appointment and contact your primary care provider.
