Ingredients
- 6 oz. almond, oat, or cashew milk
- 4 oz. unsweetened tart cherry juice
- 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp. ashwagandha powder
Directions
- Pour cherry juice into a mug and set aside.
- With a steamer, or on the stove top, carefully heat your milk, being careful not to burn it. A steamer will create a creamier finish. For a creamy finish without a steamer, you can also use a frother.
- Once the milk has been steamed/warmed, remove it from heat.
- Pour half of the steamed milk into the mug with your previously set aside cherry juice.
- Add in honey (or maple).
- Sprinkle in ashwagandha powder.
- Gently mix until blended.
- Pour the remaining milk into the mug.
- Enjoy!
