Cinnamon Arnica Oil

The Cinnamon Arnica Oil is a time-release warming body oil designed to relieve aches and sores with therapeutic arnica. This nourishing oil relaxes muscles with the anti-inflammatory cinnamon aroma.

Neck Wrap

For hot therapy, warm in the microwave for 1 minute. Heat for additional 10 seconds as needed until the desired temperature is reached. Apply to sore areas for 20 minutes, then remove and wait at least 20 minutes.

For cold therapy, place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Cinnamon Arnica Oil

Take 1-2 pumps, rigorously rub hands together, and massage tight muscles. For a heating/cooling sensation, vigorously rub the skin with oil. It will activate the Cinnamon and Peppermint essential oils. You can also add to a hot bath for relaxation and aromatherapy.
